Tips & Tricks to be Kind to Yourself & Family

Packing a Thermos in the Lunch box? Fill a wide mouth Thermos with boiling water and let it "heat up" the insides while you heat up the food. Once the food is ready, dump the water (or pout on instant outmeal for breakfast), insert food & tightly seal the lid. The Thermos will then stay hot/warm a bit longer!
Children: Always make a copy of their medical forms before sending into school; keep it for quick reference with the copies of their birth certificates. Everything will be easily within reach when the next sport comes along that needs the same form, or summer camp, or ....
Organization: Instead of cluttering up your fridge or kitchen bulletin board, tape schedules, calendars, notes inside your kitchen cabinets: easy reference, but out of sight!
